First off, here’s an excerpt from Peter Fulton’s recent letter to us:

There is a West Concord Advisory Committee (WCAC) meeting on November 13, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the auditorium of the Thoreau School.
A presentation will be made by the Concord Housing Development Corporation (CHDC).
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed housing development on Massachusetts Correctional land declared surplus.

We should make sure we all know what’s going on with this and are able to have our voices heard.
